Maryborough days-2

Strolling day with Sunny! This is the Town Hall(above).I used to take photoes with high school uniform over 15years ago. This city has never changed, but I would love to say it's getting more attractive!I can find many similarities with our city Kawagoe, Saitama-Ken.Old buildings are preserved and used for shops, cafes and reastaurant and so on.It's actually great idea for visitors and city.

*Here some beautuful churches and old buildings which is now used as a museum.

Sunny and I had a lunch in this restaurant where was used for the custom house before. We shared this cheese cake and it was yummy! These macadamia nuts which are famous products around Maryborough appeal us and I felt I'm in QLD!

Maryborough days-1

My second home town Maryborough, QLD

It was great to visit here again and I was very very happy to see my wonderful friend Sunny.Maryborough is the first place to visit in Australia. When I was a high school student, I stayed there with host family for only 2weeks.Then I met her, who was a teacher in the local high school which has a friendship with my hight school, and since then we've been good friends. If I didn't visit here and meet her, I'll never made up my mind to learn English in Sydney. All what I did and kept been focusing on studying English is those woderful experience and people in Maryborough. There are always fulled with warmness and happiness.
There is a huge park just in front of Sunny's house. It's nice to have a walk with dog and watch beutiful birds. The sunset is very peaceful and calm! It'll make your tiredness away!

Oh my Sydney-5

The Sydnet Tower Restaurant
One of my favorite reastaurant in Sydney is here the Sydnet Tower restaurant.
You can enjoy the whole view of Sydney as it's revolving!
We sat the seat around 5PM and waited for the sunset and night view with having buffet meal.Usually we customer will be advised that we'll be stay here for 2hours when we reserved, but we can stay longer than that if it was not busy. So, we could stay here untill around 9PM!(It's 4hours!)

Sunset was brilliant orange which was moving and the night view of the city is pretty romantic. It was the second time to visit and also memorable moment.

The Manly Beach walking
One of my favorite place in Sydney is here the Manly beach!I could reach here almost 1hour by bus from my place. The contrast with this beautiful sky and old fashioned buildings is very attracted to me ofcourse the ocean, too. It's very obvious, so I didn't mention about it at all.
This relaxing time on the bench and feeling breeze until I feel enough is wonderful way to enjoy this place for me and never miss having this fish and chips. I usually get this in a seafood shop, but I had it in the cafe. It's very special!(I've never had it like this before!)
I took this shot in another beach in the end of the walking path along the ocean.Manly is famous for surfing it means there are hige waves, so it's not suitable for swiming. However the beach in this side has very gentle waves, so it's nice to swim especially for kids.I heared there are many tropical fish and I'm so interested in snorkeling.(It would be the next time!)

Oh my Sydney-3

Around the Sydney HarborThis famous and beautiful the Sydney Harbor Bridge!I love it and when I see it, I really can feel I'm in Sydney! When I was a student, I used to across the bridge everyday by bus and the scenery from the ferry deck with sunny and blue sky is sooooo wonderful. It's absolutely picturesque.

The Operahouse has been the latest world heritage though, I still prefer the brige.Around here is also attractive place for local people and some people are looking for the nice place to take wedding photoes and someones are having big party on the boat.I really feel the harbor is loved by EVERYONE!

Oh my Sydney-2

In the Sydney City
This is Queen Victoria Building(Q.V.B) which is my favorite building in the city. The decoration inside of this is very artistic anc classic design which is so attractive!Having a cuupa is ideal way to enjoy this building.Shops are quite usual and you don't need to do that much, however poping in cafe is must to do!

This building is designed with wellhole style and the view from upstairs is fun, too.Observing people having coffee and imagining what they are doing is actually nice to spend the time.Doing nothing is also the way to be free!I like cuppucino the best! Many cafe in Sydney serve us nice coffee!Just try some when you visit!

Home Sweet home in Chatswood, Sydney
March 19th-26th, 2008

I left Cairns and said bye to my family and flew to Sydney!I've been missing here and desired to visit for a year and half.I booked the room in Chatswood where I used to live before and it was memorable again.I know around here very well! This accomodation includes pool, spa and training gym.For long staying it was good choice!

Cairns tour Day-4

Be relaxing in the Cairns CityCan you see me?I'm sitting on the bench and relaxing with nice sunshine. Here is situated in the central of shopping street and there were some shops to sell accessories with cheap prices! My sister and I bought some necklace made from seashells.
We enjoyed having stake lunch here, which name is '' hogs breath cafe''.I'll tell you, just in case, I didn't have such big stakes by myself and we shared this with all. It's 400g and impossible to finish it by one person!
I didn't know that there are no beaches in Cains until I visit here this time.If you drive away to suburb, you'll be able to see them though. Therefore there is a lagoon pool besides ocean and it's available to use for anyone for free. There were many people and seemed to be relaxing for everyone.Yes, it is nice!

Cairns tour Day-3

March 16th
It's day for visiting the Green Is. and the Great Barier Reef!Luckily it was getting sunny since morning and we were relieved though, we never knew what's will happen after this.
We got on board this big boat its just back of me to get to the island, then we all had a horrible seasickness and felt we were dying seriously! There was a bit rough wave and it effected our boat badly. We could get to the Green Island safely, but it was too hard to walking around when we arrived because of that seasickness. We took long rest there untill we'll be fine.(I was almost give up to have a l
ook this Is.)
Here is a pier and I like this picturesque scenery with clear blue and peaceful atmosphere.I was lucky to be able to take this photo without people!

This is a whole view of the Green Island from our boat. It's small island, but it's nice to take a walk and be relaxed for few hours. There are full with green and nature such as birds, flowers and fish!I didn't try to do snorkeling though, it must be nice!
After staying the island, we traveled to a pontoon which is floating artificial island includes cafeteria and diving station. We joined to try ''scuba doo'' which is a kind of bike under the water and we can see many fish and coral with comfy breathing.(the right photo below)We don't need a diving license to do this, so it was wonderful experience especilally for mum. We saw NIMO(crown fish) !
